Vendors set up 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
All exhibitors must be in place by 4:00 PM

Classes will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:55 p.m. with two 15 mintute breaks and a 1 hour lunch break.

CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES

 

Basic Exhibitor $300.00 = Exhibitor booth plus Welcome rerception on Thursday plus breakfast and lunch for one on Friday. Additional meal ticket guest   = $50.00 per guest.

 

Silver Exhibitor $400.00  = Exhibitor booth plus Welcome reception on Thursday plus breakfast and lunch for Two on Friday.

 Also includes your signage placed in main event room for duration of the conference.

 

Gold Exhibitor $800.00 =  Exhibitor booth plus Thursday welcome reception and Friday breakfast and lunch  for Two. Also includes signage placed in main event room for duration of the conference and banner on website for full year.
